Vacuum filter is a kind of equipment which uses vacuum negative pressure as the driving force to realize solid-liquid separation. In structure, the filter section is arranged along the horizontal length direction, which can continuously complete the filtration, washing, suction, filter cloth regeneration and other operations. The rubber belt filter has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, large production capacity, good washing effect, low moisture content of filter cake, flexible operation and low maintenance cost. Rubber belt filter can be widely used in solid-liquid separation in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other fields, especially in gypsum dehydration (FGD) in flue gas desulfurization.

There are a lot of damages in use, the most common one is the local air burning belt type vacuum filter caused by overtime temperature rise and insufficient liquid level, which makes the nodes overheated and damaged. Improper use is the result of improper management.

Filter damage is also largely caused by improper use, of course, there are also product quality and design life problems. But even if the imported high-tech equipment is not properly used and managed, its service life will be greatly reduced. Therefore, to strengthen the management of auxiliary equipment, we should establish an assessment system just like the main equipment. If the vacuum belt dehydrator is damaged within the specified service life, the causes shall be analyzed and the corresponding accountability system shall be carried out. In this way, the service efficiency and service life of auxiliary equipment can be improved, so as to improve the overall level of electroplating production management.
