Scope of Application

Cast stone scraper conveyor is suitable for custody transportation of powdered, granular, small blocks and mixed materials uner 250 ℃. It realizes horizontal transportation mainly and also can achieve tilting transportation, with a maximum tilt angle reaching 20 degrees. It is mainly applied to conveying various raw materials and can also be applicable to conveying materials with no high requirements on moisture content in mining, metallurgy, coal mine, chemical industry, etc. (particles in the system are under 300mm). The conveyor features a simple structure, both single and double-layer transportation during horizontal transportation, easy installation and maintenance and multi-point feeding and discharging. This machine mainly conducts dry transportation and is not suitable for conveying viscous and fragile materials requiring a low breakage rate.

Key Features

1. Horizontal transportation mainly, inclined conveying can also be achieved.

2. This machine is composed of head section, transition section, middle section, scraper device, tail section and driving devices. The maximum model length is 64.3m; and a section with every interval of 1.1 to 2.1m is a gear from the place of 6.7m.

3. The middle part of the machine can have many material inlets and outlets.
